Policies

- 2 night weekend minimum in peak season.
- Webervations reservations will have prices adjusted for "3 Day Special" in your email confirmation.
- No pets accepted.
- Rates subject to change based on availability.
- In-season two night minimum stay.
- Holiday rates are higher.
- No charge for first two children age 12 years and under.
- An additional adult in room $15.00 extra per night.
- Roll-a-way bed or crib - $15.00 extra per night.
- Parking limited to one car per unit.
- No smoking in any room. We are required to charge a $100 fine for smoking in a room.
- CANCELLATION POLICY FOR HOTEL ROOMS:
Minimum 72 hour notice required. Refunds based on re-renting of your room in the event of early cancellation or departure. $15.00 cancellation fee applies regardless of cancellation date. All major credit cards accepted. Prices subject to change without notice. - CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE APARTMENT:
There is a $250 deposit required to reserve the apartment for a week. If you cancel your reservation less than one week in advance of your reservation, your card will be charged half of the rental amount. We will make every attempt to re-rent the apartment and if successful your card will be credited for the amount charged, minus a $15.00 fee which covers the processing costs for credit cards. - If you are staying in an efficiency or the apartment, you are responsible for the daily cleaning of your dishes. We also expect you to clean your dishes when you vacate; if you don't we will assess you a $15.00 cleaning fee.
- Please do not assume that you have a confirmed reservation until you receive an email from The Dunes Motor Inn that your deposit has been processed and you have an accepted reservation. Should you submit erroneous information on your credit card, you will be contacted by The Dunes Motor Inn. Please call us at 800-237-5070 to resolve any problems.
