This was our second stay at the Dunes and the
entire family really enjoyed it. The staff was super friendly and helpful from
the moment we pulled up to check in, through the coffee and bagels in the
breakfast room, swims in the pool, and our departure a week later. One of the
best things about the Dunes is its proximity to the beach and its distance from
Rte. 28. We didn't travel all the way to the Cape to look at traffic and
mini-golf places! We all felt so much more relaxed off the beaten path. Loved
the place and can't wait to go back this summer!

We are planning our return trip to your Motor
Inn in late September. Our stay last year was wonderful and your kind
considerations to making our stay a fun filled one is our reason for the
return...

Good morning Joe and Jean. Just a note to
say we arrived home safe and sound. We left the Cape at 5:30 A.M. and got in
here at 4:30 P.M. We both are fighting colds but we again had a good holiday.
Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality. Hopefully we will see you
next fall. Have a great winter.

Dear Everyone, We have always enjoyed our
visits to The Dunes; but all of you made this past visit even more special. All
the special little touches of the housekeeping service (including watching over
Norms camera case); the special accommodations made for our car and for
me because I had difficulty walking; the care and concern expressed by
everyone; the excellent breakfast service; and of course the new pot of coffee
made just so we would have something for our trip. Thank you all of you.
We can hardly wait to return!

Good morning: Linda and I just wanted to say
thank you for a great week at your place. So much was going on in our lives and
the R&R was a needed break. We chose to come to the Cape and of course to a
return visit to one of our favorite places to stay. You and the staff always
treat us like family more than a guest. We hope you have a great fall season
and God willing we will return.

Dear People, We still wish you a Happy New
Year! (We are sorry we are so late!) Maybe you remember us. We were in The
Dunes in the period September 24th till September 30th. We had a wonderful time
with you. We like your breakfast with the scones and bagels. The weather was
not so good (a lot of rain), but we love stormy weather. My husband will always
remember the lady who asked him the route to the airport in Boston. We visited
in Boston the Museum of Fine Arts (wonderful), the Antiques shops, the
Observatory and the Library (your advice). It was a great time for us. We hope
well see you again.

I stayed at The Dunes for a week last summer
with my family. We just booked for another week this summer. The pool was
fantastic and the walk to the beach was so easy (especially with 2 little
kids.) The front desk staff was helpful with where to go and what to do on the
Cape (e.g. a Hyannis harbor cruise, a pirate ship adventure, mini golf). We ate
breakfast daily at the hotel but there were plenty of nearby restaurant choices
for lunch & dinner. Were already looking forward to our week at The
Dunes this summer!

very obliging people We have just
returned from a week at The Dunes Cape Cod. We were 4 adults with a
bed for each of us. We rented the only apartment of the complex. Clean with
good room service. Every morning continental breakfast. The pool is very well
maintained, clean with lots of chairs. 5 minutes from the beach by foot. We
loved our stay.
